As an actress, she has appeared in several television shows, films, and other projects and is best known for her role in the TV series Good Trouble, Angel, Chance and her outstanding work as Becca in the movie Happy Endings.

Emma was overweight from a young age and decided to make a change to improve her health. From body-shaming by fans to type-casting by moviemakers, you have to face a lot if you don’t fit the industry standards. She concentrated on her diet to achieve weight loss. She changed her diet to a vegetarian diet to lose almost 12kgs within a few months. It took her almost 3 years to reduce her weight from 127 kgs to 68kgs.

Emma was overweight from her young age. Her decision for the huge body transformation began in 2021 when she was 30. 

She decided to change after body-shaming and trolling from fans. She also realized that her weight wasn’t allowing her  achieve her dreams.

Her overweight didn’t posed much confidence in her during auditions for movies roles. 

She then decided to live a healthy lifestyle to gain the confidence to pursue her dreams. By doing that, she began by cutting out processed foods and sugary drinks from her diet.

Emma Hunton in an interview said, a proper diet plan which helped her immensely during her weight loss journey. She changed her diet to complete vegetarian and her meal included plant-based food items.

She cut down all junk foods and followed a systematic plant-based diet chart provided to her by her dietician. Here is her diet chart

  • Breakfast – Oatmeal with berries 
  • Lunch – Wheat vegetable wrap with olives and grilled leafy vegetables
  • Snacks – Almonds, apple and sometimes a bowl of yogurt
  • Dinner – Quinoa with green leafy vegetables, Bowl of green salad (sometimes whole grain bread)

According to her, she takes in a lot of water to keep herself hydrated and boost her metabolism at the same time. 

Emma Hunton Workout Routine

During her weight reduction campaign, Emma exercised five times a week. She hired a trainer who would guide her and provide her with a proper workout regime. She walks for at least 30 minutes regularly to burn excess calories. She later added gym workout with the following workout:
